Key Responsibilities
As a Part Time/Casual Customer Service & Sales Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales and Service: Greet and welcome customers, demonstrate active selling techniques, provide product information and guidance, and ensure a high-quality customer service experience.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, set up seasonal promotions and visual displays, and regularly monitor assigned areas for product restocking and recovery.
- Point of Sale Support: Operate cash registers, assist customers with check-out, and execute appropriate cash handling procedures.
- Inventory & Order Fulfillment Support: Help receive and process incoming merchandise, assist with special orders and store-to-store shipping requests, and possibly handle seasonal perishable goods.
- Customer Care: Support the digital and in-store shopping experience by assisting with responding to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

- Prior retail sales experience: Helpful but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
