Job Description
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of data-driven solutions that meet the business needs of arenaflex. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to gather requirements, design and develop reporting answers, and analyze data to inform business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization will enable you to turn data into actionable insights that drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and design data-driven solutions that meet business needs
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Design and develop packages for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Turn data into actionable insights through reporting answers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
Required Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
- Bonus structure: eligible for annual bonus based on performance
