Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of AI and ML models for our attractions. As a Key Information Researcher, you'll work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex. You'll report to Attractions Functional Innovation and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects.
Responsibilities
As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to drive ML methodologies and identify areas where business issues can be addressed creatively using ML.
- Leading and working with cross-functional teams of experts and data scientists to execute and scale ML solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors and push the limits of functional objectives.
- Driving innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and client communications that lead to the development of top-tier AI platforms.
- Managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team.
- Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space.
- Productionizing ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and other areas, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets.
- Collaborating with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews.
Required Capabilities and Abilities
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and others.
- 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
- Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies.
- Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (e.g., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets.
- 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool.
- Experience with version control software, such as GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate effectively and make decisions.
- Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions.
Preferred Capabilities
While not required, experience with the following would be a plus:
- Docker.
- Control frameworks.
- Kubernetes.
- Cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform.
- Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Agile development methodologies.
- Automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
- Data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau).
- Audio analysis.
- Text analysis.
Education
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is required. A Ph.D. in a related field is also welcome.
