Experienced Patient Customer Service Representative – Remote Work Opportunity

Responsibilities:

* Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.

• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain performance goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, embracing ongoing learning and development.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving.

• REMOTE WORK:

+ Dedicated work-from-home space, with a quiet and distraction-free environment. + Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity, with minimal supervision. + Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus, with a strong understanding of healthcare and customer service principles.

Technical Requirements:

* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, ensuring reliable and high-speed connectivity.

• No satellite internet, with a stable and secure connection.
• Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with an Ethernet cord, with no reliance on Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots.

Pay Range:

* $15.25-$21.00 per hour, or State/Local minimum wage, if higher.

Application Window:

Shift and Schedule:

* The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST, with flexibility to accommodate varying time zones.

• 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm MST, and 8am-5 pm PST, with a focus on accommodating diverse schedules and needs.
