Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  • Handling Orders and Payments: Process orders, manage payments, and maintain accurate records.

Essential Qualifications

  • Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, communication, or a related field.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with computer systems, including point-of-sale software and online ordering platforms.
