Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in empowering our customers to take their medications correctly and achieve better overall wellness. This is a fully remote position, and you'll be working from home virtually, enjoying a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours. This role requires a minimum of 30-39 hours per week, but may require additional or fewer hours due to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients through phone and email communication

  • Utilize various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with the arenaflex team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and timely solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred

  • No prior experience necessary; willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong knowledge of medications and healthcare industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish, for example)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
