Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced part-time remote data entry clerk to join our Help Desk team. As a data entry clerk, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing timely updates to customers. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or chat

  • Open and submit tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
  • Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update the customer accordingly
  • Email responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates on their issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status
  • Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide timely and professional communication to customers via phone, email, or chat

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer

  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with ticketing systems and Help Desk software

  • Knowledge of technical support principles and procedures
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
