About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

• Research and problem-solving: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for our customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
• Critical thinking: You'll think critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
• Customer engagement: You'll engage with our customers and go above and beyond to "wow" them with exceptional service.
• Multi-tasking: You'll be able to multi-task and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

1-2 years of experience

in a customer-focused environment

• Excellent communication skills: You'll be able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to multi-task: You'll be able to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility: You'll be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check: You'll need to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
• Commitment to excellence: You'll be committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
