Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our business clients via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls from retailers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, answer basic questions, and assist clients in navigating the arenaflex website
- Input purchase orders into our system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Accept payment over the phone, process refunds, exchanges, and other requests as needed
- Assist buyers with tracking shipments, order delays, and issues related to incorrect or damaged merchandise
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience working as a call center customer service agent, receptionist, or client intake coordinator
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (remote work options available)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in the wholesale industry or a related field
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (training provided for the right candidate)
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
