Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems in a timely manner, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Quality Checks: Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system and perform regular data quality checks to maintain the integrity of our data.
  • Data Updates and Maintenance: Update and maintain existing data records, ensuring all information is current and accurate, and making necessary changes as required.
  • Data Extraction and Reporting: Assist with data extraction and report generation as required by various departments, providing timely and accurate information to support business decisions.
  • Data-Related Queries: Respond to and resolve data entry-related queries from internal teams, providing clear and concise information to ensure seamless communication.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and implement best practices, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our data management.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest data entry tools and software.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a relevant certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a data entry role or similar administrative position, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Remote Work Requirements: Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
