The Role

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, working with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to resolve their queries and create raving fans for our brand. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's always looking for new ways to improve our customer experience and drive business growth. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused way
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our customer experience and suggesting new ideas and solutions

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Availability to work flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours (8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the Lighting Industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management software and other relevant tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Ability to speak multiple languages

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Starting salary of $16.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days
  • Quarterly bonuses and commissions on product sales
