Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers using our user-friendly software. You will respond to customers via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order. You will also have the opportunity to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our company's system. Our Sales Closers will handle the follow-up calls, so you won't have to worry about phone sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customers via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our company's system
- Work with our Sales Closers to ensure a smooth sales process
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve your sales skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with our team to achieve common goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and systems
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
