Experienced Customer Service Representative - After Hours (REMOTE - US Hours) for arenaflex

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative on our after-hours team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, resolving client and nurse queries, and providing timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform. You'll also be responsible for notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary, confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start, and performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services.
Responsibilities
* Answer all incoming calls and respond to client and nurse queries in a timely and effective manner
- Resolve client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours
- Provide timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform
- Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary
- Confirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
- Perform initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services
- Document all scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed
- Complete non-urgent admin projects if time allows

+ Fluent in English + Compassionate and confident + Responsible and reliable + 10+ years' work experience in customer service + office duties + Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours + Impeccable phone and computer skills + Staffing and/or health care experience + Experience working remotely and independently to the USA + Quiet and professional work-from-home environment + Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up
Essential Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent required + 10+ years' experience in customer service and office duties + Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) + Experience working in the healthcare industry + Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
