You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them. Responsibilities:
As a data analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them
- Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions
- Developing and maintaining data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Identifying areas for process improvement and developing recommendations to optimize business processes
- Working with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and data warehouses
- Developing and maintaining data models and data dictionaries to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions to address them
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with data analysis and business intelligence initiatives
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Collaborating with data scientists to develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing, including data design and data architecture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data management and data governance, including data quality and data security
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics, including experience with tools such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow
- Experience with data engineering and data architecture, including experience with tools such as Apache Spark or Hadoop
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with data governance and data security, including experience with tools such as Apache Ranger or Apache Knox
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with data storytelling and data communication, including experience with tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Skills and Competencies:
