Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, working directly with customers to resolve their queries and concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with our products and services. You'll be working on a part-time basis, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services, including soft drink fountain machines.
  • Perform mechanical services and light maintenance on soft drink fountain equipment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Investigate and identify issues with pop fountain equipment, taking corrective action to prevent future problems.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement customer-centric solutions to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide expert support to customers.

Essential Qualifications

* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude to repair machines
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, business administration)

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
  • Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and maintenance procedures
  • Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA)
