Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Social Media Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing our social media channels, and building strong relationships with our online community. Your key responsibilities will include:
Sales/Customer Service:
+ Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via various channels (email, phone, social media) + Help customers book or cancel appointments + Collect customers' feedback from on/off line channels on a daily basis and enter feedback into our database and update it accordingly + Courteously and promptly resolve patient concerns or refer to appropriate personnel + Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction + Provide accurate information and guidance to customers + Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members + Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties as required
Social Media Management:
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives + Create engaging content (text, images, videos) to share on social media platforms + Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and industry trends + Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner + Build and maintain a strong online community by fostering positive interactions with followers + Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience:
Proven experience in customer service and social media management is essential for this role.
Excellent communication skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Language skills:
You must be fluent in English.
Social media expertise:
A strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and proficiency in social media management tools are necessary.
Multitasking and prioritization:
The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is crucial in this role.
Problem-solving and decision-making:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

You must be available to work the Eastern Time Zone from 10am - 5pm.
Preferred experience:
While not required, experience in the health and wellness industry is preferred.
