Job Summary
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, uncover new opportunities, and enhance our content portfolio. You will work closely with our content team to develop and implement data-driven strategies that improve user engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
- Investigate user behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped user needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance content deployment and episode release methodologies
- Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
