Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns, and providing personalized support to ensure our customers have a seamless experience. Through your expertise and knowledge, you'll empower our customers to make informed decisions about their healthcare, while also expanding your own skills and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer solutions and recommendations to customers, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

  • Maintain a secure and distraction-free workspace
  • Ensure reliable internet connectivity with approved speed requirements
  • Complete our comprehensive training program, which includes on-the-job learning, mentorship, and independent modules

Preparation and Training

We're committed to your success and offer an extensive preparation program to ensure your prosperity in the team. This includes:

  • Local training of approximately 1.5 months, which includes hands-on learning, mentorship, and leadership commitment from day one
  • Independent modules and online training to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Ongoing support and feedback from our experienced team members

Schedule and Availability

We offer part-time schedules starting at 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to meet your needs. Our site hours are 6am-11pm local time, 7 days a week. You'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works for you, while also ensuring that you're available to meet the needs of our customers.

Required Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits
