Responsibilities and Duties

As an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Sharing your passion for our brand and products with customers through live chat interactions
• Providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services
• Comparing and analyzing competitor products to ensure our customers have the best possible options
• Showing empathy and understanding to customers in stressful situations
• Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the IT industry and our brand's products and services

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems
• Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments
• A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

• Knowledge of our brand's products and services, with a passion for sharing your expertise with others
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Technology Requirements

To perform your duties as an IT Chat Specialist, you'll need:

• A desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
• A stable internet connection (we suggest at least a consistent 10mbps)
• Reliable sound output (this can either be through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets)
