Job Description

As a Blended Support Team member, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. You'll be cross-trained to support multiple clients, handling inbound calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer service needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Gathering and verifying customer information, documenting it in our CRM system (Frontline Connection)
  • Following a guided process to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improvement
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and expertise

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflicts and resolve issues
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
  • Technical abilities sufficient to install, uninstall, and troubleshoot software and equipment
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in a call center environment, remote work, or basic technical support can be beneficial. If you have a passion for customer service, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be available to train on weekdays during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
  • Have open availability 24/7 to work shifts within our company's hours of operation
  • Attend training sessions and adhere to our attendance policies
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise

Tech Requirements

To ensure a seamless experience for our customers, you'll need:

  • A desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks)
  • A recent-generation Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 processor (or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9)
  • 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
  • A dual-monitor setup
  • A high-quality USB headset
  • A hardwired internet connection
  • Minimum internet speeds of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
  • Less than 20ms ping stability
  • No Spectrum internet service

Pay and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $13.00-$15.00 DOE
