Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our website and social media channels in a timely and efficient manner

  • Create a positive customer experience through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work independently to manage multiple chat sessions and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ hours availability per week (flexible scheduling)

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
