Role Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Nuuly team as a Customer Success Associate. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email, and chat on a daily basis. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Supervisor to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
  • Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line
  • Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
  • Collaborating with the customer success team to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Providing product recommendations and information to customers
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of the fashion and retail industry
  • Familiarity with subscription-based services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
