Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division, working from home in the San Antonio, TX area. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our millions of plan members, answering their questions, and helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. With a flexible work schedule and a comprehensive training program, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills, expand your knowledge, and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing personalized support to make their healthcare experience more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

  • Take inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
  • Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients.
  • Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise.
  • Offer solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experiences and provide a positive, productive outcome.
  • Learn more about healthcare and expand your experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex.

Schedule Options

  • Full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week
  • Days off and hours may vary based on business needs
  • Periods of peak volume may require increased hours, while periods of low volume may require reduced hours

Required Qualifications

* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.45
