Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. You'll be responsible for entering, updating, and managing data in our systems, responding to data-related inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer information, inventory records, and transaction data into company databases with precision and accuracy.

  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting any inconsistencies or errors.
  • Respond to data-related inquiries from team members or supervisors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in line with arenaflex's policies and procedures.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance data management and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's degree or higher is a plus.

  • Proficiency in data entry software and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy (minimum 40 wpm).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
