Your Impact

As a Manager of Customer Insights on our Retail Media Network, you will engage directly with our clients to review how their media investments are performing, identify ways to optimize and grow their media investments, and work closely with sales and account management to formulate media strategies aimed at growing our clients' business at arenaflex. You will develop test and learn plans, elevate our clients' understanding of the arenaflex customer, and serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting.

What You Will Do

* Create annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported

• Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients
• Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting for both internal partners within arenaflex and across the arenaflex enterprise, and external clients and agencies
• Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments to grow business at arenaflex
• Regularly deliver these recommendations to both internal leadership (VP+) as well as external vendor-partners of all levels
• Oversee the development and codify best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights
• Tell data stories that support other key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies
• Oversee omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregate all sources of insights to support other client-facing teams (e.g., sales and account management)
• Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
• Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's LMN Insights team and the whole of the arenaflex retail media business, especially in key forums with leadership, to highlight the state of the arenaflex customer

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative

• 5 years of experience in insights and analytics
• 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics
• Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
• Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
• Experience with A/B testing
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with working with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Master's in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)

• Leading teams and proven business impact
• Experience managing global teams
• Experience working in a retail environment
• Experience working with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)
