Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices, providing support and assistance to help them navigate our healthcare services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to incoming calls and emails from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries

  • Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member
  • Adhere to and reinforce arenaflex's standard operating procedures and training guidelines, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required

  • 1 Year of Customer Service Experience: Required
  • Eligibility to Work in the United States: Must be eligible to work in the US without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship
  • Strong PC Skills: Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Strong Communication Skills: Focus on professional demeanor and empathy
  • Ability to Multitask: Handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Call Center Experience: Previous experience in a call center environment

  • Call Center Experience in the Healthcare Industry: Experience working in a call center within the healthcare industry
  • Work from Home Experience: Previous experience working from home in a remote environment
  • Fluency in Spanish: Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

* Ability to Sit for 6 or More Hours: Ability to sit for extended periods

  • Occasional Standing and Walking: Ability to stand, walk, and move around occasionally
  • Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to Work with a Set Schedule: Ability to work with a set, pre-determined break and lunch schedule

Reporting Structure

* Reports to Supervisor in the Contact Center: Directly reports to a supervisor within the Contact Center team
