Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Quiet and distraction-free workspace: You'll need a secure and private space to work, free from distractions and interruptions
* Excellent internet connectivity: You'll need a reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
* In-house network and hard-wired internet connection: We require a hard-wired internet connection to ensure outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
* Smartphone: You'll need a smartphone (iOS or Android) that's 4 years old or newer, and be willing to download our app for company communications
