We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team and help us achieve our goals.

Job Summary:

As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll lead a team of experts in driving data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize our global contact center support business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and measure the impact of your initiatives. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for analytics, a strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that drive business improvements

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize contact center support operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategic plans to address them
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
  • Communicate complex insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling narratives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and customer support
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Proven experience leading teams and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with Apple's products and services (desired)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a contact center or customer support environment

  • Knowledge of Apple's business operations and customer support processes
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
  • Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
  • Certification in business analytics or a related field (desired)
