Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing customer queries, complaints, and orders across various communication channels. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in challenging situations
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and provide expert advice
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help us improve and grow
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure they have the support and resources they need to succeed
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support that exceeds expectations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset, and to provide empathetic and professional support
- Comfort and experience using computers, including CRM systems and other software applications
- Experience working in customer support, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- A strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a meaningful impact
