Job Summary:
As a Data Analyst on our E2E Transportation team, you'll play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing our transportation network to ensure fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery to our customers. You'll work with a wide range of data sources, including our global data warehouse, customer and driver applications, and external data providers. Your expertise will help us make data-driven decisions that impact our business and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights:
Design and implement data analysis and reporting to support business decisions, including: + Developing and maintaining dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery speed, cost, customer satisfaction, and transportation efficiency. + Conducting ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business initiatives and special projects. + Identifying trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions.
Data Visualization and Storytelling:
Create compelling data visualizations and stories to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including: + Developing interactive dashboards and reports to support business decisions. + Creating data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. + Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Data Quality and Governance:
Ensure data quality and integrity by: + Collaborating with data engineers and data scientists to design and implement data pipelines and data quality checks. + Developing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures. + Identifying and resolving data quality issues.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to: + Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements. + Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to design and implement data solutions. + Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree:
In a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
Data Analysis Experience:
2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
