As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and effective manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries and complaints as well as actions taken
  • Working closely with other team members to meet customer service goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone handling and active listening skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
