What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Recruiting Area: Assist the Recruiting team in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
- Proposing New Alternatives: Suggest new ways to identify candidates and improve our current processes.
- Managing Job Portals: Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them.
- Analyzing Professional Profiles: Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proactivity and Teamwork: Be proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a marked attention to detail in your daily work.
- Previous Work Experience: 1+ year of previous work experience (a plus).
- Advanced English Level: Possess an advanced level of English proficiency.
