Responsibilities:

As a Remote Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a prompt and effective way, providing accurate and helpful information about our energy services and products
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with customer accounts, collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding customer service and sales performance metrics, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Providing exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting arenaflex's energy services and products
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, and sharing knowledge with colleagues to enhance the customer experience

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

* First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Sales conversion rate: 20% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • After-Call Work (ACW) time: 2 minutes or less

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or chat environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including chat platforms and CRM software
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the energy industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
