Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an exceptional user experience
- Collaborating with the Support Team to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer concerns, and provide timely and effective solutions
- Working cross-functionally with various teams to help evolve our platform and improve customer satisfaction
- Providing proactive support to customers, anticipating their needs, and offering personalized solutions to meet their supply ordering requirements
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest features and best practices of our platform
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a tech or start-up environment
- A 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or a related field)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in chat support or a related customer-facing role is strongly preferred
- Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to help customers succeed
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- A positive attitude, one-for-all team mentality, and excellent collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with intercom or other chat platforms
