The Role

As a Junior Tech Support Specialist, you'll work directly with our clients, supporting end-users with technical questions about our products. Key Responsibilities

* In-depth understanding of arenaflex's banking software and apps: You'll develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, enabling you to provide expert support to our clients' end-users.

  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution: You'll analyze technical logs to identify and resolve issues encountered during 24/7 client support projects.

Requirements
