As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Supporter Tasks capability within the Data Analysis group, responsible for estimating endorser adjustments across the Disney Streaming portfolio, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in a remote data entry role. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to drive continuous partner estimating for various business key drivers. This role will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change informing (including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data being gathered) by determining which subscribers should receive our legally required warnings. You will also assist in identifying subscribers impacted by events requiring essential and legal remediations. Key Responsibilities * Manage admission and record information requirements connected with subscriber informing drives (including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data being gathered) and occurrence remediation (ensuring that the right subscribers receive discounts when required). * Develop queries based on required business rationale, sometimes legally committing, to determine precise partners of subscribers for informing or potential remediation. * Communicate business requirements to technical teams, and provide brief summaries of technical progress and potential roadblocks to business partners. * Develop a solid understanding of subscriber adjustments and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information. * Manage project planning and timelines and supervise cross-functional delivery to ensure status for significant business events. * Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of solid communication processes and functional playbooks. * Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data incidents. Essential Qualifications * 3+ years of work experience working with SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline. * 3+ years of scientific experience. * Proven ability to convey technical or logical ideas to a wide range of audiences. * Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages. * Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. * Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. * Degree in a scientific field. Good to Have Qualifications * Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis). * Postgraduate education. * Knowledge of Windstream.
