Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Insights and Analytics

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You'll gain a deep understanding of key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources. With moderate supervision, you'll create reports from initial concept to production, and communicate results to a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions

• Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Create reports from initial concept to production, and communicate results to a wide range of stakeholders
• Regularly utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board, through understanding of the business strategy and the data available for analysis
• Frequently utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
• Guide less senior staff, work in cross-functional projects, and regularly present to the board
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications:

* Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance

• Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
• Proficient in analysis software and applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry

• Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis

• Proficient in analysis software and applications
