About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our London Heathrow customer services team within our global & cargo department. You'll work closely with team leaders to deliver a safe and exceptional airport experience to our customers, while also being flexible and adaptable in your approach. This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent experience at all contact points
- Performing various airport-related tasks, such as check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc)
- Working closely with team leaders and taking instructions from them
- Conducting administrative tasks, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure
- Adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times
- Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers
- Attending and completing all required training by given deadlines
- Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times
- Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post

- The ability and willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank, and public holidays
- Reliability and punctuality
- Compliance with all arenaflex policies and procedures
- The ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard
- A valid BAA airside pass
- GSAT training
- The willingness and ability to efficiently complete all relevant training
- A valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required
- The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required
Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Work Experience
* PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
