Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and correcting eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency. You'll work closely with various internal and external teams to resolve issues, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Resolve issues and discrepancies in eligibility records
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve problems and improve processes
• Analyze and reconcile eligibility records across multiple systems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field

• Strong experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
