Notes Representative - Searcy
Description Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Invoicing Supervisor, contributes to the timely and accurate processing of the claim billing and collections functions. This position is responsible for obtaining and linking medical records needed to support the collection of multiple client’s workers compensation charges via remote access. Supports Unified Health Services, LLC mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to all regulatory and UHS policy requirements. Essential Duties: Via remote access, accurately obtain and link all medical records needed, pertinent to the successful billing and collection of the specific services related to each patient. Ability to identify the specific documents needed to support the billing client’s services. Ability to work with internal customer(s) to achieve success in role. Responsible for driving the UHS culture through values and customer service standards. Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers. Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication. Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner. Other Duties as assigned.
