As a consultant at capSpire, your role will provide you with considerable challenge, variety and development opportunity in a client facing environment. You will work as part of a core team delivering exciting and complex programmes for our clients such as power & gas utilities, oil majors, commodity trading houses and brokers. You will be engaging in strategically important client transformation projects based in Europe, US and beyond. What are we looking for? Roles available: Consultant (Functional) Senior Consultant (Functional) Managing Consultant (Functional) Key skills we are looking for: 3+ years of experience within ION RightAngle Ability to understand supply chain, commodity lifecycles, and financial systems and how they help solve complex business problems for specific markets. Ability to validate software solutions to meet business needs and ensure quality implementation. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to think through complex scenarios. Experience with training and enabling junior team members. The ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client facing environments. Ability to work with a collaborative team, being able to provide input while accepting other’s ideas with an open mind, with the goal of providing quality enterprise solutions for our clients. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent Job Responsibilities Create and maintain technical solutions for system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements Prepare solutions design documents Contribute to the development of Object-Oriented system designs Ensure proper software design for scalability, robustness, maintainability, and integration with other components and systems in a technology landscape Participate in validation of test cases / developed solution Gain and apply an understanding of front, mid & back offices to help meet client business needs What to expect as a capSpire consultant As part of a capSpire team, you’ll experience the full project life cycle and be part of a dynamic team in which diversity, camaraderie and professional excellence are celebrated.
