About the RoleWe are recruiting Physiotherapists across the UK to train and work as Functional Assessors , supporting the delivery of high-quality health assessments that contribute to important public services. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking a more structured working pattern, improved worklife balance, and clear career progression.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will use your clinical expertise to assess individuals functional abilities through a combination of clinical observations, evidence reviews, and structured consultations. Full training is provided, and previous Functional Assessor experience is not required.

- Hybrid working model , combining on-site assessment centre days with home-based reporting

- £1,000 increase at 6 months

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and use clinical judgement to support fair and accurate decision-making
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
- Have a minimum of 1 years post-registration experience working as a Physiotherapist in the UK
- Possess strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Be comfortable working with technology in a hybrid environment
- Have a patient-centred approach with high professional standards
