They are seeking a detail-oriented Global Returns Logistics Coordinator to manage and improve the reverse logistics process for distributed engineering devices, ensuring efficient worldwide collection, tracking, and secure disposition.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the global device return process, ensuring efficient collection and disposition across multiple regions and offices
- Build and maintain operational dashboards for tracking asset intake and return volumes globally
- Collaborate with regional teams and compliance partners to ensure optimized logistics and adherence to guidelines
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the global returns workflow and program scalability
- Maintain accurate operational records and communicate effectively with global stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of return operations
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for operational tracking and reporting
- Strong experience in operations coordination, logistics, or supply chain management
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or reverse logistics operations
- Familiarity with data visualization/analytics tools
- Asset tracking or inventory management experience
