Bilingual Insurance Evaluator Arabic/English

Insurance Evaluation (Independent Contractor) Bilingual (Arabic/English) Location: Remote within U.S.

• This is a fully remote 1099 contract opportunity for an estimated 1–3‑month engagement. The independent contractor will not be considered an employee of Wipro. This contractor is responsible for their own taxes and the arrangement isn’t intended to create an employer-employee relationship.* $70 to $100 an hour 1099***

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join us as independent contractor for an AI training and model development initiative. In this role, you’ll review AI generated content, help shape workflows, and apply your financial expertise to improve model accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with AI, data science, and product teams to evaluate AI models used in underwriting, claims processing, risk assessment, and pricing
• Identify gaps, biases, and limitations in existing models and contribute domain insights for improvement
• Validate AI outputs against real-world insurance practices, regulatory requirements, and customer experience standards
• Define key metrics and success criteria to measure model performance and business relevance
• Support data labeling and annotation by providing insurance-specific context and expertise
• Assist in designing explainable AI frameworks to enhance model transparency and trustworthiness
• Stay current with insurance regulations, compliance standards, and emerging AI applications in the sector

Requirements: · Bachelor’s · Experience in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) · Experience in the insurance industry (underwriting, claims, risk modeling, quoting, binding, policy renewal & retention) · Client consultation, needs Analysis or product management experience · Experience across a variety of backgrounds, including at leading multiline carriers, global reinsurers, top brokerage/advisory firms and tech-driven insurtechs · Strong understanding of insurance operations, policy structures, and regulatory frameworks · Experience collaborating with cross functional teams Also need 25 Bilingual English/Spanish, English/Portuguese, English/German, English/Chinese) Pay: Up to $100.00 per hour Application Question(s):
