AI Maps Evaluator
Location: Remote Job Type: Freelance / Contract Hourly Rate: $20.30 Hours: 8–10 hours/week Start Date: Weekly project cycles; eligible candidates will be contacted at least 48 hours before kickoff. Job Overview: We’re looking for detail-oriented, curious individuals to join our pool of certified raters supporting a project on personalized search and location recommendations. You’ll help improve digital experiences by rating the relevance and usefulness of suggested places based on defined project guidelines. What You’ll Do:
- Review search queries and personalized results based on your activity history
- Evaluate suggested places (e.g., restaurants, locations) related to places you’ve visited
- Rate whether the suggestions are relevant and useful
- Follow project guidelines and complete tasks accurately
Who You Are: Observant – you notice when recommendations make sense (or don’t) Critical thinker – you assess usefulness, intent, and context Accuracy-focused – you care about precise and reliable digital experiences Requirements:
- Must be located in the United States and have the right to work
- An actively used Gmail account with Google Maps history
- Participation limited to a single project round
- Willingness to provide opt-in, consent-based access to elements of your activity history
