• Experience as an LCSW in a school setting preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect social work services to approximately 24 Kindergarten-aged students in four classrooms
• Assess student needs and design interventions to support academic, behavioral, and emotional growth
• Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families on strategies and support plans
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as needed
• Maintain thorough, timely case notes and documentation in compliance with school and district protocols
• Offer crisis intervention and behavior management as necessary
• Stay up to date on best practices in school-based social work
