Title- Company - Email (Official email) Contact - 2nd References - Name- Title- Company - Email (Official email) Contact - Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cornerstone Galaxy Technical Lead to drive our Learning Management System (LMS) migration project. This critical role will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of transitioning our existing LMS to Cornerstone Galaxy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Cornerstone Galaxy architecture, migration strategies, and best practices. While an understanding of AI/automation in the learning space is a plus, the primary focus for this role is on the successful technical leadership of the Cornerstone Galaxy migration. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical lead for the Cornerstone Galaxy migration project, working closely with an external System Integration (SI) partner, internal development teams, and business stakeholders.
- Lead discovery phases, technical design, and execution of the LMS migration.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure technical alignment and successful data transfer, configuration, and integration.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise on Cornerstone Galaxy functionality, capabilities, and limitations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address challenges and optimize the migration process.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the migration.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and strategy for our learning technology ecosystem.
Top Must-Haves:
- Cornerstone Galaxy Technical Architect / Technical Lead experience, including prior LMStoGalaxy migrations
- Strong LMS technical architecture expertise (configurations, integrations, data migration)
- Ability to enable and guide use of Cornerstone Galaxy AI and automation features (skills, personalization, workflows) AI experience is more of a nice to have
