Summary
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst provides guidance and support to the HR division, supporting HRIS strategic direction, design, implementation, and execution. Participates in defining process and adherence standards. Provides variety of standard administrator responsibilities to support user functionality and access for primary and integrated HR business systems and applications. Remote role for residents of Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, or Arkansas. Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to and may lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS standards, best practices, and processes to support benefits, compensation, labor relations, training, staffing and general HR.
- Document and review internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity and governance of systems. Contribute to the development of and assist the delivery of deployment solutions that replace manual processes.
- Capture user requirements and desired features and contribute to the integration into and within system and application parameters.
- Supports, and may directly act, as the administrator for designated HR systems, and assists the definition of and manages security for users and user roles.
- Develop guidance and resources for users; explain and demonstrate functionality and user interfaces.
You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in a combination of the following areas: report writing, data administration and analysis, HRIS (or similar system experience).
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business.
- United States Citizenship.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
- Ability to obtain and maintain, if required for position, a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations).
