As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for accurately assessing the value of vehicles and providing expertise in the claims process. If you possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the automotive industry, we want to hear from you! Conduct thorough and accurate appraisals of damaged and/or totaled vehicles. Utilize knowledge of automotive industry and market trends to determine accurate vehicle values. Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and explain appraisal findings. Review and analyze vehicle repair estimates to ensure accuracy and negotiate fair settlements. Maintain current knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and guidelines related to vehicle appraisals. Utilize technology and software tools to streamline appraisal process and maintain accurate records. Provide exceptional customer service and build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective claims processing. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve appraisal skills. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
