Paid Ad Content & Creative Intern (E-Commerce) – Remote
Nazuk Beauty is a New York–based clean haircare brand rooted in Central Asian beauty wisdom and powered by a natural ingredient shown to support hair growth and scalp health. We are a direct-to-consumer beauty brand scaling through paid ads, UGC, and influencer marketing. For this role, you will work directly with the founder and our performance marketing agency to support paid ad–related creative and coordination. You will gain hands-on exposure to how a growing DTC beauty brand structures ad creatives, collaborates with content creators, and optimizes messaging for conversion. We are looking for a Content & Paid Creative Intern to support paid ad creative development. This role focuses on
- Creating graphics and short-form videos optimized for paid ads
- Supporting UGC strategy and influencer communication
- Assisting with creative testing for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
You will work directly with the founder and collaborate with our marketing agency. This is ideal for students interested in:

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Ad Creative Support
- Create Canva graphics optimized for Meta ads
- Edit short-form videos (TikTok/Reels style)
- Repurpose UGC into ad-ready formats
- Support creative testing variations (hooks, angles, messaging)
- Influencer & Creator Coordination
- Communicate with creators about content requirements
- Share paid ad–focused briefs and talking points
- Organize and manage incoming content assets
- Ensure content aligns with ad performance strategy
- Creative Strategy Exposure (Learning Opportunity)
- Learn how paid ad creatives are structured
- Understand key performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CVR)
- Participate in creative review sessions with founder + agency
Performance analytics will be taught, but daily responsibilities are creative-focused.
Qualifications
Required
- Current student in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong interest in e-commerce and paid advertising
- Experience using Canva
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar)
- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured creative briefs
Plus (not required):
- Comfortable creating short-form videos on camera
- Experience producing UGC-style content
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads

- 2 days per week (flexible)
- 3-month commitment
- Unpaid (school credit friendly)
